Klimaschutz ist nicht länger ein Instrument, um Deutschland zukunftsfähig zu machen. Er nicht einmal mehr eine Querschnittsaufgabe, die alle Bereiche erfasst. Im Koalitionsvertrag von CDU, CSU und SPD tröpfelt das Klima nur noch zwischen den Worten und Zeilen.
