Der Ökostrom-Anteil erreicht “niemals mehr als vier Prozent”, sagte Angela Merkel in den 1990ern. Heute sind es fast 60 Prozent. Nun heißt es: “100 Prozent? Unmöglich!” Wie oft muss das Unmögliche noch passieren?
