This article is in French and covers a workshop hosted by the UNDP-FAO SCALA programme  in Abidjan focusing on strengthening private sector engagement in the cassava and cashew value chains, critical sectors for Cote d’Ivoire’s economy. 

The representative of the UNDP Resident Representative, Gaël Olivier, assured that this UN agency is working with the private sector to harness the transformative power of market forces for the benefit of the world’s disadvantaged populations.
